Shipping Rates

Domestic orders within CBD areas of QLD, NSW & VIC are sent via a Sensitive Art Courier at a flat rate of $220. Regional and international orders are dispatched with DHL via Pack & Send. Shipping rates do not include customs and duties. 

Shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.

General Information

You will receive an order confirmation after placing your order and another notification once your order has been dispatched - this will contain a tracking link to follow. 

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure personal details such as delivery address and contact details are accurate and up-to-date. If you need to edit your address details after placing an order, please reach out as soon as possible. Once your order has been dispatched, we cannot alter address details and you will be charged the applicable shipping rate to resend if it is returned to sender.

Shipping Services & Delivery Estimates

Once dispatched, the estimated delivery times from our couriers are as follows:

  • Print orders within Australia can be expected within 3-5 business from dispatch. International customers will receive their orders within 14 business days following dispatch. 
  • For customers receiving orders via our Sensitive Art courier will receive their order within 3-4 weeks.
  • For customers within Australia receiving orders via DHL, delivery timelines vary between 7-14 business days depending on your location. 
  • For customers located in the rest of the world, delivery will be within 7-21 business days from dispatch.

Important Information for International Customers

Where shipping rates exclude duties: please note your order may also be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Kate Florence is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer unless stated otherwise. If you neglect to address customs inquiries regarding import duties and taxes relevant to your shipment, resulting in the package being returned to the sender, the customer assumes responsibility for covering the associated shipping charges to resend it. In the event that you choose to return your order, a refund will be processed, however, you will be required to pay for the initial shipment costs.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
